Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans may change. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the check-in date will receive a full refund. For cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in, a charge equivalent to one night’s stay will apply.

Refund Policy

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original mode of payment. Please note, any third-party transaction fees associated with the booking are non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Bookings

Special offers, promotional rates, or discounted bookings may be classified as non-refundable. These reservations cannot be cancelled or refunded under any circumstances. We recommend reviewing all booking terms carefully before confirmation.

To modify your reservation (such as changing dates or room types), please contact us in advance. Modifications are subject to availability and may involve additional charges. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
